February 4-12

On the night of February 5, 2006 around 12:00 PM we started to get hail and rain that made most of the roads and sidewalks dangerous to both walk and drive on. Around 5:00pm rain and hail started to freeze over windows of buildings, and cars. It also froze branches on trees, which had made a beautiful scenery, but made the trees very heavy which made the tree branches bend, break and fall off. The hail and the rain eventually froze the power lines and had caused power failure.
