Free Throw Competition;
Every year at Dalhousie Middle School the students particpate in an activity called the Knights of Columbus Free Throw competion. In this competion you throw a basket ball into a basket ball net from the foul line which is 15 feet from a ten foot high net.
Each participant gets 15 shots and the person from each age catagory who gets the most baskets wins the competion. The winners move on to the District level competion and then the provincial and Canadian.
